QR codes that never expire.
The problem
We used a popular QR generator, printed everything, and sent it out. Two days later: "Your QR codes expire in 24 hours — upgrade to keep them."
The truth
A QR code is just a URL encoded as a dot pattern. Print it, and it works forever — no servers, no subscription. Expiring QR codes is a made-up problem used to sell paid plans.
